- 1 piece chicken eggs
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tooth garlic cloves
- 400 g Pumpkin
- taste Ground black pepper
- taste Salt
- for frying Vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 4 branches Fresh greens
Peel the pumpkin from the peel and seeds and grate on a coarse grater.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic with a blender or grate.
Combine pumpkin, onion with garlic, egg, flour, chopped herbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. To stir thoroughly. If the resulting mass seems liquid, add a little more flour.
Fry potato pancakes in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Place pancakes on paper towels to remove excess oil.
