Pumpkin pancakes


  • 1 piece chicken eggs
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 tooth garlic cloves
  • 400 g Pumpkin
  • taste Ground black pepper
  • taste Salt
  • for frying Vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 4 branches Fresh greens
  1. Peel the pumpkin from the peel and seeds and grate on a coarse grater.


  2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic with a blender or grate.


  3. Combine pumpkin, onion with garlic, egg, flour, chopped herbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. To stir thoroughly. If the resulting mass seems liquid, add a little more flour.


  4. Fry potato pancakes in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Place pancakes on paper towels to remove excess oil.
