Walnut buns

Milk - 250 ml.
Sugar - 50 gr.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Butter - 50 gr.
Yolk - 1 pc.
Yeast - 1 sachet
Flour - 450-500 gr.
Butter - 30 gr.
Sugar - 50 gr.
Nuts -100 gr.


1. In a deep cup, mix warm milk, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, butter, egg yolk and yeast. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Put the dough in a dry bowl and cover with a towel. We are waiting for the dough to increase by 3 times - about 2 hours.
2. Mix butter with sugar and chopped nuts. We mix everything well.
3. Roll out the dough into a layer and spread the filling evenly. Roll the dough into a roll and cut into pieces.
4. Put the finished buns on a baking sheet, grease with yolk and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
